Nothing about your life will change while you're gone. How you carry it when you get home will.
A 30-minute call with Kelsey to see whether this is the right room for you. No pitch, no pressure.

Four days away from the busyness of your life, so you can go home and pick it back up without the heaviness. Not a spa weekend. Not therapy. Not another book you'll finish and shelve. This is body-based work at a lodge on a quiet lake, with a small group of women who are also tired of being the one who holds it all together.
From the founder
Kelsey Hire. Army veteran, military spouse, certified NEUROFIT practitioner. About 90 seconds.
Before you decide
You don't have to book a call to get these answers. Here they are.
You won't be walking into someone else's group. The first day is built to let the group find its own footing, and the opening workshops exist to make that easier. You won't be expected to perform connection. It arrives on its own.
The room is small and the work is real, so Kelsey wants to know it's the right room for you before you commit, and that it's the right fit both ways. Application-only isn't a filter you have to pass. It's how a small group stays a small group.
Kelsey reads every application herself. She'll confirm your spot, ask a follow-up question, or, if this isn't the right fit, tell you honestly and talk through what might serve you better. No silence, either way.

Four days is a big ask of a stranger. Three minutes isn't. Find the survival pattern your body has been running: the same decode that opens day one at Suttle Lake.
Let's clear something up first
01
No new age spiritual stuff. No mimosas by the pool. Nature, adventure, functional health, and real fun.
02
This isn't about leaving your life behind. It's about returning to it differently.
03
You've done the thinking. No need to rehash trauma. The healing here is body-based.
04
Daily practices you'll still be using six months from now, plus a take-home cork roller.

From women who went
“I thought I was just tired. What I learned is that my body wasn't broken, it was braced. I'm going home with a different kind of strength.”
“I came in with a heavy load and left with freedom. I now have the ability to better listen to my body and recenter it when I need to.”
“A good balance of adventure, working on oneself, and creating sustainable habits. A community of healing, fun, and phenomenal women.”
No. None of the facilitators are licensed therapists, and this doesn't replace clinical care. The work is somatic and body-based, focused on your nervous system rather than your story. If you're in active crisis, this isn't the right room.
No. Every session is opt-in. Step out of any activity and you won't lose the arc of the work. Rest, journal, or be quiet on the property while the group continues.
Most women come alone. The opening workshops are built to make the group form on its own. You won't be expected to perform connection.
Because fit runs both ways. Thirty minutes with Kelsey tells you whether this retreat does what you actually need, and tells her whether she's the right person to hold it for you. If you'd rather write than talk, the application is right there instead.
Let this be the retreat where it finally gets to land.
